Our nursery is certified and licensed by the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets.

We garden in a responsible, sustainable manner. It's amazing how important native plants are. We can all do our thing one plant at the time!

Avoid chemicals in your gardens! Nature will reward us!

Reduce your carbon footprint. Bring your reusable used pots without printing and creative containers. We happily recycle!

About Marijke :

Born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Marijke inherited the Dutch passion and tradition for gardening and nature. 


Marijke is a Certified Extension Vermont Master Gardener and Vermont Master Composter. Marijke serves as a member on the board of directors of the Vermont Nursery and Landscape Association, (VNLA formerly known as Greenworks). She also is a member of the Grand Garden Display Committee for the Vermont Flowershow as well as a member of the  FlowerShow Committee. Marijke has been presenting at the Flowershow since 2015.   She served on the Flynn Garden Tour Committee for many years, and was one of its favorite speakers. She is a member of  Xerces, American Horticultural Society, Audubon Society, NRCD, New England Wild Flower Society, and the Vermont Nursery and Landscape Association. Marijke graduated from the SOUL (Stewardship of the Urban Landscape) 2016 program.


Marijke is an avid advocate of Art, Music, and Dance. Her gardens focus on color and beauty, creating beautiful gardens in an incredible mountain setting.


In the winter she continues her love for the outdoors and nature as a ski instructor at Sugarbush.
